Data U Mobile untuk smartphone anda
Kembali bersama Abg Juju,
Bercakap pasal henpon pintar memang tak dapat lari dari penggunaan data internet, tak kisah la Android ke iPhone, ia keperluan pengguna henpon zaman sekarang, dunia sudah berubah.
Data plan apa yang korang pakai sekarang? Apa? mahal, cekik darah, bil melambung?
Sudah sampai masanya untuk beralih ke U Mobile. (harap dapat jadi duta lepas ni keh keh)
Ok kali ni Juju nak kongsi dengan korang. Telco baru yang abg juju pakai sekarang U Mobile 018. Satu telco yang asing dan jarang pon orang ambil tahu, yelah selalunya orang cakap pasal Hotlink, Celcom, Digi jer kan.
Dulu juju pakai Hotlink pastu lompat ke Digi, sekarang pakai U Mobile untuk iPhone, pelik kan pakai iPhone tapi guna U Mobile. Kemut nyerr (kedekut).
Setelah membuat survey atas semua telco utama, hanya ada 2 telco yang mempunyai plan data menjimatkan, khas nya untuk pengguna prepaid, U Mobile dan Tunetalk.
(Tunetalk juju try kat rumah signal bar agak teruk, tapi kat ofis full bar n laju, so terpaksa cancel guna Tunetalk)
Penghijrahan ke U Mobile dilakukan setelah menguji dan meneliti tahap kemampuan telco ini. Fokus ujian time tu, juju lakukan semata untuk menguji data internet yang ditawarkan mereka.
Ada plan data Pay As You Use (bayar bila guna sahaja) yang sangat murah 5 sen/mb, bermakna setiap 1 mb data hanya 5 sen dikenakan.
Selain Tunetalk takde telco lain yang letak harga camni. telco lama aku dulu baru on data sekejap jer nah 8 hengget kau dia tapau.
dan ada juga plan data Unlimited Mobile Internet, yang ni RM28 sebulan, boleh kata kurang RM 1/hari untuk sebulan
setakat ni juju belum try lagi yang Unlimited sebulan ni, sebab pakai pay per use tu dah jimat banyak dah, ye la bukan nak online 24 jam macam blackberry pon kan.
Walaupun kawasan juju kelajuan dia EDGE (2G) je tapi bila kita perlukan data, ia memberikan respon yang pantas, katalah korang nak check-in foursquare kat sesuatu tempat, data U Mobile tak pernah mengecewakan. Seriyes.
Kini juju boleh semak email, layari facebook, twitter, check-in foursquare dengan mudah dan murah di mana-mana jua (kalau ada coverage la hehe).
Setakat ni kawasan yang ada kelajuan 3G hanya 4 tempat, Ipoh, Lembah Klang, Seremban dan Johor Bahru, untungla kawasan sana laju. Untunglaaa.
Soal coverage pulak U Mobile memang JV dengan Celcom, so kat mana line celcom ada, U Mobile pasti ada.
Tapi juju nasihatkan kalau nak bertukar ke U Mobile sila cuba, try, test dulu sebelum buat keputusan, takut coverage slow ke, data internet tak leh nak surf ke kan. Jangan salahkan juju pulak bila ada problem nanti, dah bagitau ni.
Servis lain macam call pun murah 9 sen (30 blocks) makna 18 sen/minit la, sms 3-8 sen tu je la, yang lain lain kome cari sendiri keh keh pemalas punya juju.
Pek sim permulaan boleh dapatkan di 7-Eleven berdekatan atau kedai reseller yang menjual, murah jer cuma RM8 dan ada RM5 kredit dalam dia.
Kontra: Sedikit kecewa dengan Talian Khidmat Pelanggan U Mobile ni, bila kita call takde siapa pun angkat (operator), adala 15-20 minit tunggu baru nak angkat, semoga pihak U Mobile dapat memperbaiki servis talian hotline mereka akan datang.
Dan lagi satu bila nak buat switch nombor lama ke U Mobile kena pergi Ipoh, walhal dalam borang daftar ada je ruangan MNP, bila tanya kena gi Ipoh, malas nak cerewet, terpaksa la juju pakai nombor baru.
Selamat mencuba, kalau tak cuba memang sampai kesudah tak tau. Macam biasa iPhone user kena la potong kad sim dulu (Micro Sim) baru leh guna. katakan tidak pada plan kontrak.
Juju pengguna yang berpuas hati dengan perkhidmatan data U Mobile, review ini tidak berbayar, harap mak long.

nasib juju sama mcm aku.. tapi aku pakai iphone. start pakai postpaid celcom dari 2008 sampai feb 2011, pastu lompat smartplan digi 68 dalam 2bulan dan skang pakai prepaid umobile since may 2011. Aku subscribe unlimited internet data RM28. So dapat 100 mins call+30 sms+500MB. tak habis pakai minit/sms, boleh bawa ke bulan hadapan. internet memang laju tak hengat dan jimat. Ingat nak setia ngan celcom tapi bila drive sekitar kl dan access youtube mcm berukband. skang aku dapat tahu digi pun dah start slow. RM28 sebulan beb:) memang berbaloi

saya dah guna selama 1 bulan…. tapi pakai BB..puas hati sgt2…skarng pun bb plan dah rm19 sebulan…serius menjimat kan… insyallah.. besok nak tukar smartphone.. nak pakai samsung galaxy s2….( kalah iphone4) jgn mare abg juju… hihi..
masalah umobile … kalau sapa yg pakai maybank2u atau ambankonline.. maybe ada masalah tag no. so terpaksa pakai celcom tuk request tag lagipun celcom jimat tuk call n sms…
buat masa skrng umobile operator ada masalah.. bulan 12 nanti oklah… so jika ada sebarang masalah boleh guna twitter atau facebook umobile sdn bhd.

Saya dah guna Celcom dah dekat 12tahun..so far ok..nak kata plan diaorg mahal pada saya biasalah..sometimes dia akan kurangkan..lagi 30% potong tiap2 bulan..so ok jer..g pun GLC company..dulu org Melayu punya..so..sokong jer Celcom selagi tak berkubur..
